Hi I am Betsy ~I am an intuitive, Reiki Master Practitioner & Energy Healer, Crystal Therapist, Certified Community Herbalist, Lightworker, Facilitator in Chakra meditation and opening,  & Registered Nurse, BSN.

Simply put, energy sessions are a technique in which the energy healer channels healing energies. This includes Reiki and, for me, beautiful heart based energies of Christ Consciousness. This provides deep relaxation to the client,  reduces stress and allows healing to mind, body and spirit.
